The guarantee
If your blueprint feels generic, reply to your confirmation email within 24 hours of receiving it and we'll refund you in full.
How to request one
Reply directly to the confirmation email you received after payment (it comes from help@getareti.com) and tell us your blueprint felt generic. That's it. No form, no back-and-forth, no justification required beyond that.
Timing
The 24-hour window starts when you receive your confirmation email. Refunds are sent back to your original payment method through Paystack and typically show up within a few business days, depending on your bank.
Outside the 24-hour window
We can't guarantee a refund after 24 hours, but reach out anyway if something went wrong on our end. We'll take a look.
